7075 aluminium frame

The CR9 is machined from 7075 alloy — the same family used in aircraft structures — for a rigid, low-flex chassis at 752 g without the magazine.

4140 steel slide, nitrocarburized

Shared across CR9 and CP9. The surface treatment hardens the slide and resists wear and corrosion through the full service life.

Trigger safety with firing pin block

Drop-safe by design: the pin is mechanically blocked until the trigger is deliberately pressed. 25 N pull, 12 mm travel.
